Being Balanced is an online platform supporting individuals to attain emotional well-being. At Being Balanced, we strive to remove the veil of secrecy surrounding mental health and bridge the gap between individuals and quality mental health care. We’re committed to equipping individuals with a foundation of emotional resilience, enabling them to exercise emotional well-being and effectively navigate this journey called life.

What I bring to the table

Counselor
I offer personalized counseling services that provide individuals with a safe, confidential space to explore their emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and develop resilience. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and person-centered therapy to support mental wellness and personal growth.

Researcher
Continuing to leverage my extensive research experience on resilience and positive psychology, with renewed focus on evidence-based coping strategies to enhance mental well-being. I contribute to studies that refine therapeutic techniques and promote mental health literacy.

Trainer
I design and deliver specialized training programs for mental health professionals, educators, organizations and laymen, equipping them with essential skills to support mental well-being in various settings. My training modules are tailored to practical applications, ensuring participants gain hands-on experience and actionable knowledge.

Course Designer
I design and deliver structured, research-backed courses to address key mental health and well-being topics. My courses include : Life Skills Training, Child Safety & Protection, Crisis Counseling, Barefoot Counseling, Mental Health First Aid, Psychological First Aid (PFA), Suicide prevention and basic, intermediate and advanced skill labs for budding therapist, along with professional supervision.

Speaker
As a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, I engage audiences through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops. My talks cover a wide range of topics, including resilience-building, women and mental health, mental health literacy, trauma-informed care, and the role of community engagement in psychological well-being.

Consultant
I provide in-depth guidance to organizations, mental health startups, educational institutions, and corporate entities to integrate mental health strategies into their operations. My consultancy services include policy development, crisis response planning, postvention and workplace mental health initiatives to foster a psychologically safe environment.
