Support Groups
Group Therapy is a therapeutic approach that involves a small group of individuals meeting regularly with a trained therapist to explore and work through common issues in a supportive and confidential setting. Group Therapy offers a unique opportunity for individuals to feel validated, understood and empowered, as they navigate their mental health journey, alongside others on a similar path. In Group Therapy, participants have the opportunity to share their experiences, thoughts, and emotions with others who may be facing similar challenges. Group Therapy can be particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, or relationship difficulties.
What you can do: Understand that you are not alone and being open to be a part of a shared group makes this journey more meaningful.
How we can help: Provide you with a cohort which is diverse but at the same time focused on achieving similar goals.
