Associate
Anushka Kharbanda is a Counselling Psychologist with over three years of experience in working with individual and groups in psychotherapy. She works from a client-centered, relational and empathetic framework, creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for personal growth. Anushka integrates various therapeutic modalities such as talk therapy, art-based interventions, and relaxation techniques including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), tailoring her approach to the unique needs of each client. She provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to facilitate self-awareness and personal growth. Sessions are conducted online, focusing on helping individuals build resilience, emotional balance, and healthier coping strategies

Deepesh Panicker brings a strong understanding of the emotional impact of sustained stress, life transitions, and expatriate experiences due to his two decades of Corporate experience. His approach to therapy, over three years, has been collaborative, respectful, and emotionally safe. He believes that therapy should be client-led and paced according to each individual’s needs. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, he helps clients explore their emotions with care and curiosity. He supports individuals in understanding stuck patterns that may be affecting their inner world and relationships. His aim is to create a therapeutic space where insight can lead to clarity, emotional strength, and personal growth.

Daxa Bhanushali is a trauma-informed psychologist trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She has over five years experience and her approach is compassionate, emotionally attuned, and focused on helping clients build regulation, resilience, and overall wellbeing. Daxa uses an integrative therapeutic style, drawing from CBT, DBT, REBT, Relational Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Daxa brings a culturally responsive lens to her work with individuals navigating couple and marital concerns. Her work is grounded in creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. Daxa’s goal is to help clients move towards healing, personal growth, and a stronger sense of self.
