Deepesh Panicker
Associate
Deepesh Panicker is an ICEEFT recognized Emotionally Focused Individual Therapist. Drawing on nearly two decades of corporate experience, he deeply understands the emotional challenges that accompany workplace stress, career transitions, expatriate life, loneliness, and major life changes.Emotionally Focused Therapy is an evidence-based approach rooted in attachment science, which explores the human need for safe connection. As a transdiagnostic approach, it looks beyond surface symptoms to focus on the root cause of distress, specifically how we process emotions and connect with ourselves and others. This method helps individuals move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected toward greater emotional clarity and resilience. Deepesh helps clients make sense of difficult emotions and map out the recurring patterns that keep them stuck, enabling them to find emotional balance and a unified sense of self.
